Expected delivery times do not include standard processing time of 5-15 business days. If you need a faster delivery time, or processing time; Please refer to the options of shipping at checkout and the rush processing option available as a product service..
Shipping Responsibility:
Shipping times are liable to change. Please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for delivery time requirements, and will not issue refunds due to packages arriving later than expected/needed.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered, with spaces and abbreviations inserted correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If your package is returned to sender due to incorrect address inputted at checkout, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
As protection, we offer the opportunity to add insurance to your package included in your shipping insurance. If your tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered, you must contact the carrier directly and address the situation.
The Skarlett Collection does not hold or accept responsibility for package that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued for stolen or loss packages.
How do I know when my order was received/information about my package?
Once your order is placed, an automatic confirmation e-mail will be sent. After the payment and address has been verified, we will continue with preparing your order. You will then receive another e-mail stating your tracking number, and shipping courier. You are responsible for tracking your order.
Any order place with a different billing and shipping address will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. We do not offer shipping on the weekends. Daily shipping cut offs are 3pm.
You will receive an initial e-mail confirming your order, then another e-mall only once your order is shipped/ready for pickup with tracking information/pickup information included.
Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS.
